I’ve spent my career helping people get organized, improve processes, and make work easier. My background includes automotive manufacturing, distribution, precision instrumentation, the military, and owning and operating a small business.

Today, I bring that experience to both homeowners and businesses. I help transform cluttered garages and basements into organized, functional spaces, and I help businesses improve their manufacturing, warehouse, and office processes.

Life gets busy, and finding the time to get things organized or work on process improvements isn't always easy. Managers want to make improvements too, but often get bogged down with the day to day grind. Projects get pushed to the back burner and weeks, months, and sometimes years can go by before progress is made. And that costs money.

Don’t waste time with trial and error or waiting for the right window. I work with businesses and homeowners by starting with some very basic, fundamental things right away to create immediate results.

For me, it starts with being very visual. I am a 5S advocate, “a place for everything and everything in its place.” I believe organization should make things easier to find, easier to use, and easier to maintain.

For businesses, that means looking at workplace organization, manufacturing and warehouse processes, office workflows, documentation, and work instructions. I’m also a big believer in making processes easy to understand and follow, including using screen instruction videos when they make more sense than written instructions.

But good processes aren't just about documentation. They need to be standardized and consistently followed so they reflect what your team actually does on the shop floor or in the office.
